ORDERING: Ordering from Serenity Soaps and Botanicals is safe and easy! You may place an order over the web via our secure online catalog. We do not currently take orders by phone or fax. Mail orders may be sent to: PAYMENT TERMS: All prices are U.S. Dollars. Full payment is
due before delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
or Discover through Paypal as well as Personal Checks or Money
Orders for payment. Personal checks or Money Orders must be
made payable to ELITE SERVICES OF ARIZONA. Checks must clear
our bank before shipping of orders, so please allow extra time
for order fulfillment. No credit card payments are accepted
from outside the U.S.A. unless special permission is first obtained.
All applicable tariffs, customs or taxes are to be paid by the
customer. Please call to place non-U.S. orders. SHIPPING: All orders ship via United States Postal Service USPS. Shipping charges are determined based on actual weight and volume of packages. Please note: Please allow 1-8 business days for typical delivery times to most areas. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: UNOPENED and UNUSED goods in *SALEABLE condition may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for return or exchange, with prior approval. We will refund your initial shipping charges for the order but we do not reimburse for the return postage . All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN)--Please call us for an RAN before attempting returns. Please include with the unopened item(s) ALL Packaging Materials, Order Number, RAN and Reason for Return. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for misdirected, lost or damaged returns so it is advised that you insure return packages. For Returns: If you paid for your order by credit card, a refund credit will be issued and should appear on your next billing statement. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 7 days of receipt of return. Exchanges will be honored as Store Credits. *"Saleable Condition" is to be determined and approved by representatives of Serenity Soaps and Botanicals. Please direct returns/exchanges to: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS: Please unpack and inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery. Damage MUST be reported to Serenity Soaps and Botanicals within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packing materials and damaged products for return or inspection of damaged merchandise. We will arrange for replacement of damaged product as soon as possible after damage is reported and verified. PRIVACY POLICY : Serenity Soaps and Botanicals will never share, sell or otherwise divulge your personal information to any third party, unless required to do so by law. Please Note: Because our products are entirely handmade in smaller batches to ensure freshness, purity and our high standard of quality, there may be some minor variations in appearance/texture/scent from one batch to another.
